As we close out another year, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible community that supports Greater Outreach Services, LLP.

 Your unwavering commitment to Greater Outreach Services, LLP, a CARF-accredited and Award-Winning organization, has been providing top-notch behavioral health services since 2009. We are providing Services in NC and SC. Our team of 20 professionals specializes in Outpatient Therapy through Motivational Interviewing & Trauma-Focused therapy, Comprehensive Clinical Assessments, coping skills, case management,  adult living skills, and interventions. We're dedicated to supporting those with mental health issues and those in recovery from Substance Use Disorders, providing them with the resources they need in the community. Greater Outreach Services LLP, is a Certified Historically Underutilized Business (HUB). The agency is listed in the Statewide Uniform Certification (SWUC) Program database. As a Black Women Owned business, we're proud to make a difference in our community. has allowed us to achieve remarkable things together, making a tangible difference in the lives of beneficiaries served. 

This year, Together, we've achieved remarkable milestones, including office expansion, becoming a CABHA(Critical Access Behavioral Agency), Medicaid Ambassadors, Grand Opening of our South Carolina Office and South Carolina office Accreditation, new services to include Traumatic Brain Injury(TBI), Intensive In-home services, Multidisciplinary Evaluations(MDEs), and Clinicians becoming Forensic Evaluators to provide Forensic Evaluations(FEs). We have navigated through challenges with resilience and innovation. None of this would have been possible without the dedication of our volunteers, funders, partners, and staff who tirelessly work to fulfill our mission.

Looking ahead to the new year, we remain committed to new opportunities  to include another contract with Department of Juvenile Justice(DJJ) to provide services inside of Dillion Detention center in Butner, Substance Use disorder contract to provide services in Dillion through a LCAS, SAIOP, Detox Facility, Respite, Targeted Case Management, community networking guide, and 20 enhanced services in SC.  Your continued support will be instrumental in ensuring we continue to grow and serve our community effectively.
